Our Family Service in October will be focusing on the ideas of 'Harvest', and what that might look like. It is traditional for people to bring offerings of food and produce that we will distribute to the food-bank or other needy places, but that is not required.

The All-Age service is a short service of hymns and a short talk exploring the way in which God interacts with His world. The service is followed by refreshments.

    Everyone is welcome.

There is always an opportunity to book baptisms following this service.

Our 'In Loving Memory' Service is an opportunity to come to St. Thomas', and remember those people who have gone before us. There is an opportunity to have the name of a loved one read out, and to light candles in their memory.

It is a small, simple service, giving us time to reflect on the impact of those people on our lives, and to hold their memory before God.

Come and visit the beautiful St. Thomas' Church, and enjoy the additional decoration of small Christmas Trees, decorated by a host of local groups. As a cure against the dark nights, St. Thomas' will have the inside light up in colour and splendour by these trees.

Entrance is FREE, and there will be tea and coffee available from the volunteers.

There is still plenty of space if people would like to decorate a Christmas Tree in St. Thomas'. There is no charge, but we do ask that organisations provide their own tree. We are happy for organisations to leave a small notice of who decorated the tree, and any flyers to help advertise the group.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is weather-dependant. Snow can make accessing our buildings difficult. Please check our Facebook Page for updates.
