There are regular services in all our churches.

Holy Eucharist: This means a service that includes the giving of the blessed bread and wine (also known as communion). It will have hymns, often played on an organ. There will be a sermon, and a priest will be present at the service.

Non-Eucharistic Service: This is a service that does not involve the giving of the blessed bread and wind (also known as communion). There will be hymns, and the service will be led by a lay reader.

Said Eucharist: This is a service that includes the giving of the blessed bread and wine (also known as communion). It won’t have hymns in it (the service is said, that is, spoken). It may have a short talk.

All-Age Service : This service is designed for all ages. It is a simple introduction to Church life, and a good place to meet new people and make new friends. The service lasts around 30 mins, and has modern worship music, and is followed by refreshments.

Bi-lingual: This means that the service will have parts in Welsh, and parts in English. The books have both languages printed in them, and the service is easy to follow even if you don’t speak the other language.

Can I receive the bread and wine (communion)?

If you have been baptised in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, the answer is yes. This means if you have been baptised in the Methodist Church, the Roman Catholic Church, or the Baptist Church (by full immersion), then you can receive the blessed bread and wine in any of our churches.
